In 1980, three thousand boats carrying 125,000 Cuban refugees landed in Miami. Several thousand refugees were moved to Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. Their internment had repercussions for the lives of the refugees, for Arkansas, and for former Governor Bill Clinton as well. Actual start times may vary.
